Here is an incredible Wine Magic Happening!
The presentation above highlights the significance of starting with the right True Fine Wines. It emphasizes that not all wines are equal and not all “wines” can be classified as True Fine Wines. The event mentioned was a significant one, attended by numerous individuals both in person and through an online Zoom Room, with a substantial audience of several hundred participants. Again, this is an exciting event and we are excited to share it with you.
All the tools for a magical wine event are below. A wonderful WINE MAGIC EVENT full of great wines, food and company!

It benefits your tastebuds and pallet when a variety of wines for the “EVENT” are offered. Plus, your guests will really enjoy it. Now, let’s add the food!
Charcuterie Board: Your board can include meats like salami, pepperoni, sausage and ham. As well as a variety of olives and capers. Also, jams, preserves and dips. Don’t forget the nuts such as pecans, almonds, and cashews. Lastly, consider adding in some fruit melon, cantaloupe, watermelon, honeydew, and throw in Apple Slices.
Appetizers/Starters: Typically, a meal is often accompanied by a salad and appetizers. For instance, skewered BBQ shrimp can be a delightful choice. If you opt for a salad after a charcuterie board, it is advisable to go for a lighter option such as a caesar or garden salad. It is recommended to have the dressings served on the side. Fine wines can complement the flavors of the dressing and enhance the overall dining experience. Some individuals may prefer to focus on enjoying the salad itself and let the wine take center stage, while others find that a good blue cheese or caesar dressing can elevate the flavors of the wine.
Mains: In addition to the salad and appetizers, we also incorporate fish and beef dishes into our meals. Salmon and Barramundi are our preferred choices for fish, while for beef, we enjoy options like roast, prime rib, or BBQ’d steaks. The steaks are seasoned with salt and pepper to enhance the flavors and create a harmonious blend with the wine during the tasting event.
Dessert: Indulge in the decadence of a rich and deeply flavored dark chocolate cake. Its lusciousness is beautifully complemented by the boldness of a Merlot, making it the perfect pairing. The dark chocolate pieces themselves further enhance the experience, creating a delightful combination of flavors. For an added touch, serving the cake on a chocolate plate is a fantastic idea, adding to the overall indulgence of the dessert.
How the Wine Magic Happens Now that we have our Wines and Foods Ready to Go:
- We Begin. Starting with the lighter to the heavier wines. The Tanya Ricord Pinot Grigio and More Than Muse Rose’ to begin with the Charcuterie Board. This gets anyone new or experienced to open up their tasting pallets and to enjoy the flavor combinations.
- Moving into the Starters. Salads, Skewers of Shrimp and Charcuterie to Hearts Content. You will be able to move into the Nile Eddy Pinot Noir- tasting the reds.
- Then into the Mains. This allows for the Adele Zin and Donna Walker Cabernet Sauvignon to be brought out and added to the wine fun.
- Dessert Time! The Ricord Merlot and the Chocolate Cake and/or Chocolate Tasting Plate come out. This is well and full rounding of this Wine Magic Event!
- Continue as The Wine Magic Event Allows. And if there are wines left, the pairing and experimentation of taste combinations can continue, from the lighter wines to be paired with the heavier foods and desserts to having the Charcuterie tasting with the Merlot, Pinot Noir, Zin and Cab!
